A New England style Hazy IPA brewed with Strata hops & double dry hopped with Strata and Cashmere hops. This beer was brewed listening to City Star’s Underground Hip-Hop Radio.

Hazy IPA brewed with Norwegian Kveik yeast, double dry hopped with Citra and Galaxy hops, 6.7%. Ægir (EYE-ear), giant and ruler of the sea in Norse mythology is known for brewing the best ales and hosting the gods and giving them magical refilling drinking horns.
American red is brewed with Centennial, Mosaic, Citra hops and dry hopped with Strata hops. Named for Sim Jefferes, a Berthoud pioneer who operated the City Star Barn livery stable and built the Jefferes Auto Company in 1915 (our building today). Sim also had a prescription for medicinal whiskey.

American Wheat brewed with wheat and sea salt, then finished with watermelon and a hint of lime puree and chili.

A regular favorite returns! Squeeze, City Star’s American Kölsch brewed with sea salt and finished with lime puree. Pairs well with sunshine, fish tacos, grass skirts, and beach balls.
As Squeeze is one of our staff favorites too, our crew came up with the idea to release a Squeeze flight this year. Inspired by various flavored margaritas we plan to release Strawberry Squeeze, Peach Squeeze, and Mango Squeeze alongside the original version on May 20th. All four options will be available on draft by the glass and in flights (City Star is sample friendly!) as well as in 16oz cans, including mix 4-packs.
