Mile High Lobster Shack is a mobile food cart, specializing in lobster rolls. We also offer delicious bratwurst, and 100% all natural beef hot dogs. Mile High Lobster Shack’s owners are two born and raised Coloradans, who wanted to share Maine ingredients with a Colorado style.
