Brewed with Root Shoot Pilsner Malt and flaked maize giving it a light body with a crisp finish. Fermented with a classic Mexican Lager strain for a clean flavor profile. Hopped with Sterling hops for its herbal and floral notes found in classic German Noble hops but also a light citrus flavor for a bright aroma.
