Beer Release: Coco Loco

 720 720 City Star Brewing

This brew’s ingredients are a collaboration recipe created by our City Star deputies in celebration of our 10 year anniversary. This Coconut IPA was brewed with Centennial and Galaxy hops then dry hopped with Hull Melon hops. Brewed with Root Shoot Malting pilsner and honey malt with a little Wyermann CaraFoam caramel malt to give the beer some body. Brewers circulated the finished beer on raw shredded coconut.

Blueberry Pale Ale

Pale ale brewed with Norwegian farmhouse kveik yeast and dry hopped with mosaic hops and blueberries. 5.7% ABV.

We just want to make kick ass tacos that we are proud of, that inspire you to be a bigger part of our growing community, that nourish you and your loved ones. I was always told you can taste the love and passion in someone’s cooking. But lets also include the growing and nurturing process of the rancher and farmer. That’s LOVE.
