2025’s Squeeze Salted Lime Kölsch soured for 1 year in Deer Hammer Whiskey barrels. A lovely balance of tart, salty, and refreshing. Available on tap only.
The sour is a classic Amber Ale brewed specifically for souring. The beer was soured in Deer Hammer whisky barrels. Nice and sour while still being pleasantly clear and retaining some malty notes. 5% abv available on tap only.
