Beer School: A Discussion on Brewing Local with Elevated Fermentations

1000 996 City Star Brewing
Join us for a special presentation by Kristin and John Gawthrop of Elevated Fermentations on brewing local and Colorado beer diversity. Throughout history brewers used the malts, hops, water and yeast specific to that area to develop their signature beer styles. Find out how this led to such a diverse range of beers and why Colorado brewers are in a unique position to brew styles that have yet to be invented.
Elevated Fermentations is a homebrew supply shop that focuses on local malts, hops, yeast, spices, and gifts. Wine, mead, cider, kombucha products available. Check them out at https://www.elevatedfermentations.com/
