We do that with an unapologetic eye for those that produce in our local and neighboring communities.
We know where our food comes from. We know, and have seen the steps it takes for a cattle rancher to put beef on the table. We know where our farmers plant their seeds to nourish our community. We just want to make kick ass tacos that we are proud of, that inspire you to be a bigger part of our growing community, that nourish you and your loved ones. I was always told you can taste the love and passion in someone’s cooking. But lets also include the growing and nurturing process of the rancher and farmer. That’s LOVE.
