Beer Release: Neon Dreams Cold IPA

A WHOLE LOTTA HOPS & CRISP FLAVOR…

Neon Dreams Cold IPA was brewed with pilsner malt & flaked rice, fermented with Inland Island Yeast Lab’s lager yeast, and then double dry hopped with Galaxy and Vista hops.

Tropical citrus flavor with a crisp finish. Some dreams do come true. ENJOY!

International Women’s Day Collab
Experimental Sour Pale Ale: blend of sour barrel aged golden ale with a citrus pale ale. City Star ladies brewed the pale ale together on IWD with fresh lime and sumo tangerine zest. The brew was then dry hopped with the Pink Boots Hop Blend (HBC 630, Idaho Gem®, Loral®, Talus® and Triumph). Yakima Hops donates $3 per pound sold of the blend to the Pink Boots Society scholarship fund.

This brew will be available on draft only in the taproom starting at 3pm. We will also celebrate Women’s Day by hosting female owned Ting’s Things fresh pasta food truck and live music from 10 Year Echo.

Aegir Hazy IPA Release

Hazy IPA brewed with Norwegian Kveik yeast, double dry hopped with Citra and Galaxy hops, 6.7%. Ægir (EYE-ear), giant and ruler of the sea in Norse mythology is known for brewing the best ales and hosting the gods and giving them magical refilling drinking horns.

Blueberry Pale Ale

Pale ale brewed with Norwegian farmhouse kveik yeast and dry hopped with mosaic hops and blueberries. 5.7% ABV.

American red is brewed with Centennial, Mosaic, Citra hops and dry hopped with Strata hops. Named for Sim Jefferes, a Berthoud pioneer who operated the City Star Barn livery stable and built the Jefferes Auto Company in 1915 (our building today). Sim also had a prescription for medicinal whiskey.

We know where our food comes from. We know, and have seen the steps it takes for a cattle rancher to put beef on the table. We know where our farmers plant their seeds to nourish our community. We just want to make kick ass tacos that we are proud of, that inspire you to be a bigger part of our growing community, that nourish you and your loved ones. I was always told you can taste the love and passion in someone’s cooking. But lets also include the growing and nurturing process of the rancher and farmer. That’s LOVE.
