American red is brewed with Centennial, Mosaic, Citra hops and dry hopped with Strata hops. Named for Sim Jefferes, a Berthoud pioneer who operated the City Star Barn livery stable and built the Jefferes Auto Company in 1915 (our building today). Sim also had a prescription for medicinal whiskey.
