Thank you for your interest in supporting Hops and Harley as a vendor. The 8th annual festival is Saturday, June 20th 11am-6pm in downtown Berthoud’s Fickel Park. As an event vendor 100% of your booth fee directly benefits non-profit Harley’s Dream and your presence will add tremendous value to the event. You will gain exposure from event attendees and online exposure before, during and after the event via associated websites, social media and event press releases.
FOOD & BEVERAGE VENDOR – $75 booth fee
2020 Hops and Harley will feature a limited number of food and beverage vendors.
RETAIL VENDOR OR INFORMATIONAL BOOTH – $50 booth fee
Hops and Harley approved vendor booths will be limited to craft beer related and dog focused information, merchandise and services.
• Berthoud Sales Tax License: Vendors selling food and merchandise are required to have a Berthoud Sales Tax License (click for info and application).
• Retail Food License: Food vendors are required to have a Colorado retail food license.
• Certificate of Insurance: Vendors selling food and merchandise at Hops and Harley must provide Certificate of Insurance listing the Town of Berthoud, 807 Mountain Ave, Berthoud CO 80513 as an additional insured.
VENDOR RULES AND APPLICATION
VENDOR BOOTH – Hops and Harley reserves the right to approve or deny vendors. Only one company per booth is permitted. Hops and Harley will determine booth location. Allotted space per is 10’ x 10’, unless otherwise permitted.
SETUP – 8-10:30am (please arrive by 10am)
EQUIPMENT – vendors are required to supply their own tables, chairs and canopy tent. Tent stakes or weights are required with all tents. Electricity and WI-FI will not be available.
PAYMENT – Vendor booth payment is required for all approved vendors by June 1, 2020. Payment is non-refundable.
FOOD VENDORS – Proof of regulatory approval as a Colorado retail food establishment required by June 1, 2020. 1 vehicle per food vendor. Food vendors are required to remain on site until 6pm even if out of food.
SALE OF MERCHANDISE – Merchandise sales must comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Colorado and Berthoud sales tax licenses required.
INSURANCE – vendors selling food and merchandise at Hops and Harley must provide Certificate of Insurance listing the Town of Berthoud, 807 Mountain Ave, Berthoud CO 80513 as an additional insured (submit by June 1, 2019).
CARE AND STAFFING OF BOOTHS – Vendor will be responsible for unloading, loading, booth set-up and cleanup. No vehicles are allowed on the grass in Fickel Park (hand carts recommended!). Parking around the perimeter is permitted while unloading and loading but we ask vendors to not park around the perimeter after 10:30am. Booths must be staffed and open for business 11-6pm.
PARKING – Vendor will park at least one block from Fickel Park during the event: 10:30am-6pm.
WASTE DISPOSAL – The Vendor is responsible for the removal of all trash. Trash and recycle receptacles will be on site.
PERSONAL DOGS – personal dogs in vendor booth must be at least 6 months old, spayed or neutered and on a leash.
USE OF VENDOR BOOTH – Hops and Harley may use photographs, videos, logos and testimonials of any vendor for its own publicity use.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY – Vendors agree to hold Town of Berthoud, Fickel Park, Harley’s Dream, City Star Brewing and Hops and Harley harmless and blameless and will make no claim for any reason whatsoever, including negligence, against event management, volunteers, and staff for loss, theft, damage or destruction of property.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS – Vendors shall not engage in any display, publication, performance, or any other activity which is in conflict with any applicable law, regulation, rule or ordinance, nor shall vendor, or its representatives or employees, engage in any lewd display, publication or performance.
ACCEPTANCE – This document shall not constitute a contract between the parties until acceptance by Hops and Harley management.
