Throughout history brewers used the malts\, hops\, water and yeast specific to that area to develop their signature beer styles. Find out how this led to such a diverse range of beers and why Colorado brewers are in a unique position to brew styles that have yet to be invented.\n\nElevated Fermentations is a homebrew supply shop that focuses on local malts\, hops\, yeast\, spices\, and gifts.
