SUMMARY:Jason Hicks
DESCRIPTION:Jason Hicks is an accomplished singer\, songwriter\, guitarist and founding member of the Blue Canyon Boys\, a traditional inspired bluegrass ensemble of the Colorado Rocky Mountains.  Jason grew up in the small town of Labadie\, Missouri which is the foundation from where he draws his songwriting inspirations.  He started playing guitar at the age of 16 when he sold the pickup truck given to him as a birthday present to buy a guitar and an amp where upon he immediately began writing songs.  He began his performing career at the age of 18 and earned his BFA in music at Webster University before moving out to the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado in 1998 and immersed himself in the burgeoning Colorado bluegrass scene.  He co-founded the Blue Canyon Boys in 2003 and with them\, Jason has traveled across the country and around the world and have just released their seventh full length album aptly titled “7.”

DESCRIPTION:The Seers\, an experimental folk-rock duo from Fort Collins\, CO\, have transformed their shared passion for great songs into a walking\, talking\, modern-day jukebox of musical versatility. DESCRIPTION:Nicki Sage (Nicki Oh) is a recording artist and actress who works in the entertainment industry. Nicki has been working as a singer-songwriter\, professional videographer\, actress\, and photographer for many years now. Nicki began playing music at a young age. She took 8 years of classical piano lessons as a child\, and also participated in jazz and concert band in middle school as a woodwind player. Nicki began acting by getting involved with musical theater as a child. Her acting career began professionally back in 2015\, when she started working on TV shows as an extra\, and soon began booking work in commercials\, as well as independent films and television shows. She is currently based in Denver\, Colorado\, but has worked in multiple larger markets\, such as Los Angeles\, Atlanta\, Orlando\, and Nashville–where her music career started. Nicki has worked with many reputable writers and musicians. Recently\, she has been working with David Archuletta’s produce\, Nate Dodge\, on her next upcoming release\, “More Than a Memory”. \n“Life is short. Collins\, Colorado. He earned his recording and performing credentials with Memphis’ Blues Rock Queen Reba Russell. After playing with Reba for five years\, Joe took on the challenge of starting his own group\, Minivan\, which became a staple of the Memphis roots rock scene. He also took gigs with Memphis blues artists Earl the Pearl\, Billy Gibson\, and Big Joe Turner (bassist for Albert and B.B. King). Joe has shared stages with Charlie Hunter\, Tower of Power\, and James Cotton. It’s mostly blues\, R&B\, rock & roll\, soul\, and funk – the brilliant creations of African-American artists which most modern popular music is based on today. DESCRIPTION:International Women’s Day Collab\nExperimental Sour Pale Ale: blend of sour barrel aged golden ale with a citrus pale ale. City Star ladies brewed the pale ale together on IWD with fresh lime and sumo tangerine zest. The brew was then dry hopped with the Pink Boots Hop Blend (HBC 630\, Idaho Gem®\, Loral®\, Talus® and Triumph). Yakima Hops donates $3 per pound sold of the blend to the Pink Boots Society scholarship fund. \nThis brew will be available on draft only in the taproom starting at 3pm. We will also celebrate Women’s Day by hosting female owned Ting’s Things fresh pasta food truck and live music from 10 Year Echo.
