  • Beer Release: Neon Dreams Cold IPA

    A WHOLE LOTTA HOPS & CRISP FLAVOR... Neon Dreams Cold IPA was brewed with pilsner malt & flaked rice, fermented with Inland Island Yeast Lab’s lager yeast, and then double dry hopped with Galaxy and Vista hops. Tropical citrus flavor with a crisp finish. Some dreams do come true. ENJOY!

    The sour is a classic Amber Ale brewed specifically for souring. The beer was soured in Deer Hammer whisky barrels. Nice and sour while still being pleasantly clear and retaining some malty notes. 5% abv available on tap only.
