We make our pasta fresh each week. 80-90% of our ingredients are sourced from local farms\, ranches and bakeries! Our menu changes seasonally and sometimes features weekly specials. Keep an eye out! ENJOY 🙂  \nSeasonal Lasagna \nCheck out our truck to see what lasagna we’re featuring this week! \nSpicy Tomato Cream Sauce \nfresh lumache noodles tossed in house spicy tomato cream sauce topped with whipped ricotta \nThree Cheese Pasta  \nfresh gnocchetti noodles tossed in a blend of pecorino romano\, parmesan and gruyere cheeses \n– add crispy guanciale (Italian cured pork) to any of your pastas 🙂 \nBeef *GF* Meatballs \nA side of 5 local beef meatballs in our house marinara always made gluten free! \nChicken Parmesan & Noodles \nBreaded Chicken Cutlets topped with house marinara\, mozzarella\, parmesan served with a side of fresh pasta noodles \nChicken Parmesan Sando \nBreaded Chicken Cutlets topped with house marinara\, mozzarella\, parmesan served on a garlic focaccia bun & a side of chips \nItalian Sub Panini \nSliced salami\, pepperoni and provolone cheese with roasted red peppers\, peperoncino peppers\, hot pepper spread and mayo pressed in our panini press & a side of chips \nSun-dried Tomato & Pesto Panini \nBasil pesto\, provolone cheese and sun-dried tomato panini with a side of chips \nGarlic Bread \nA side of garlic bread or add to any dish for an additional charge! \nDelicious Desserts & Extras:  Confetti Cookies\, A new local\, small business\, Confetti Cookies\, making the best sugar and snickerdoodle cookies in Colorado!
